Agreement and scope

KinderAI is operated by Andreas Christofi, an individual, at Meli Charalambous, 3117 Limassol, Cyprus, reachable at [email protected]. KinderAI is an AI assistant for Shopify merchants. This page provides information about using the service. Review any terms presented in the app or Shopify when subscribing.

Accounts and Shopify connection

Use an authorized Shopify account and keep access credentials secure. You are responsible for the store information, settings and content you provide and for authorizing app permissions. Do not provide content you have no right to use.

AI outputs and merchant decisions

AI-generated responses and recommendations can be incomplete or incorrect. Review material recommendations, discounts and customer-facing information. The illustrative website scenes are examples, not a guarantee that a sale will be recovered. Merchants remain responsible for their products, offers and customer obligations.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service to violate others’ rights, send unlawful content, interfere with systems, bypass access controls or distribute malicious code. Use customer information only with appropriate authority.

Fees, subscriptions and cancellation

App subscriptions are approved and billed through Shopify in USD. Starter, Growth and Pro are USD 19, 49 and 99 per 30-day billing period, or USD 190, 490 and 990 for an annual subscription. Taxes and any Shopify currency conversion may affect the final bill. The Shopify approval screen shows the applicable amount and interval before you commit. Website amounts in other currencies are estimates.

Extra-credit packs are separate one-time purchases approved through Shopify. Choosing a plan or opening an approval screen does not by itself activate a paid subscription. Manage upgrades, downgrades and cancellation from Billing inside the app. Cancelling a paid plan returns app access to Free; it does not automatically refund prior charges. Contact [email protected] about billing errors or refund requests. Requests are reviewed under applicable law and Shopify’s billing procedures; this does not limit mandatory rights.

Data and intellectual property

The Privacy Policy describes data handling. Merchants retain their rights in submitted store content. For questions about content permissions or data processing, contact [email protected].

Availability and third-party services

KinderAI relies on connected services, including Shopify and AI functionality. Feature availability may depend on these services and the merchant’s configuration. KinderAI is an independent app; references to Shopify do not imply Shopify endorsement.

Affiliate program terms

The KinderAI Partner Program has separate Affiliate Terms. The planned offer is 20% of eligible settled subscription payments for the lifetime of each qualifying referred customer, with a separately agreed 25% rate only where assigned. The base excludes taxes, refunds, chargebacks, extra-credit purchases and test charges. Eligible annual payments earn commission when settled.

The planned rules include a hold of 30 full days after payment verification. Payouts are scheduled for the 1st of each month (Cyprus time), in EUR and USD only, with a minimum of EUR 200 or USD 200 per partner. Smaller balances carry forward; currencies are not combined. KinderAI covers provider sending fees.

Earning links and live payouts are not enabled. Effective paid-program terms, including recipient requirements and payment eligibility, must be published before the earning program starts.
