Agreement and scope
KinderAI is operated by Andreas Christofi, a physical person, reachable at [email protected]. These draft terms describe the intended agreement for access to KinderAI, an AI assistant for Shopify merchants. They require completion and review before being offered as the binding production agreement.

Accounts and Shopify connection
Use an authorized Shopify account and keep access credentials secure. You are responsible for the store information, settings and content you provide and for authorizing app permissions. Do not provide content you have no right to use.

AI outputs and merchant decisions
AI-generated responses and recommendations can be incomplete or incorrect. Review material recommendations, discounts and customer-facing information. The illustrative website scenes are examples, not a guarantee that a sale will be recovered. Merchants remain responsible for their products, offers and customer obligations.

Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service to violate others’ rights, send unlawful content, interfere with systems, bypass access controls or distribute malicious code. Use customer information only with appropriate authority.

Fees, subscriptions and cancellation
Pricing, billing intervals, trials, usage limits, taxes and cancellation effects must be displayed before a merchant agrees to pay. The intended model is Free €0, Starter €19/month, Growth €49/month and Pro €99/month; yearly plans are Starter €190/year, Growth €490/year and Pro €990/year, with cancellation anytime on paid plans. This is a pre-launch plan preview, not a verified production billing configuration. No refund or free trial is promised.

Data and intellectual property
The Privacy Policy describes data handling. Merchants retain their rights in submitted store content. The final agreement should grant only the permissions needed to deliver the service and explain rights in KinderAI software and generated outputs.

Availability and third-party services
KinderAI relies on connected services, including Shopify and AI functionality. Feature availability may depend on these services and the merchant’s configuration. KinderAI is an independent app; references to Shopify do not imply Shopify endorsement.

Suspension, termination and liability
The final terms must explain when either party may end the service, notice requirements, data export or deletion, warranty provisions, liability allocation and any mandatory rights that remain unaffected.

Law, changes and contact
Material changes should be communicated through a stated notice process. Contact support through the in-app support assistant for help with the app.
