Paid subscriptions renew every 30 days or annually and are approved through Shopify in USD. Other displayed currencies are estimates. Taxes and Shopify conversion may affect your bill.
A 7-day trial is available only to eligible stores when offered in Billing. A store with an active plan or subscription, or a previously used trial, is not eligible. Review Shopify’s approval screen before subscribing.
Included credits refill every 30 days and do not accumulate. Unspent purchased credits carry forward through refills and plan changes. Credits measure usage, not a guaranteed number of conversations or sales.
Optional one-time top-ups: 100 credits for US$10, 500 for US$35, or 1,000 for US$60. Custom purchases range from 100 to 5,000 credits in steps of 100 (US$10–US$260); the exact price is shown before Shopify approval. Top-ups add credits, not paid-plan features.
Rescue contacts are saved leads, not confirmed recovered sales. Conversation limits describe accessible history, not how long records are retained. Pro’s second store requires approval and an active owner subscription. Cancelling a paid subscription returns access to Free; prior charges are not automatically refunded.
