What is KinderAI, and does it work with my Shopify store?
KinderAI is an AI assistant for Shopify stores, with a storefront assistant for shoppers and merchant tools for conversations, opportunities and store insights. The storefront experience requires an Online Store. The supported setup will be confirmed in the official listing.
How does the storefront assistant work—and does it work on mobile?
It lives inside your storefront and responds using connected products, FAQs and store information. The interface is designed for desktop and mobile. The examples here are guided demos, not a connection to your store.
Can I customize the assistant and control its answers?
Customize its appearance to match your brand, review conversations and improve the information it uses. The intended Pro plan also includes custom AI behavior controls. Feature access depends on your plan.
What is Rescue Sales?
It identifies buying friction in conversations and suggests a useful next action, such as a closer product match, sizing help or shipping reassurance. A detected opportunity is not proof of a completed sale.
What do Analytics and AI Store Recommendations show?
Analytics brings together store performance and recorded KinderAI activity. AI Store Recommendations turns verified store information from the last 30 days into one focused recommendation per generation. The website uses clearly labeled fictional data and does not estimate AI-attributed revenue.
What information is used, and are conversations stored?
Product and store information, FAQs and shopper messages supply context. Saved conversations are available on paid plans under the intended pricing model; Free has no saved-conversation feature. This feature limit does not mean that no processing or logs exist. Production retention and deletion details remain under review in the Privacy Policy draft.
Is customer data used to train AI models?
The production AI provider settings and contractual data handling must be confirmed before launch. We do not claim that conversation data is excluded from training until that has been verified. Read the Privacy Policy draft for the outstanding disclosures.
What happens when KinderAI needs a human?
It can bring the merchant into a situation that needs a decision or personal attention. Review important outputs and keep store knowledge accurate; AI can make mistakes.
Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel?
The intended paid plans are monthly and allow cancellation anytime. Plan changes should take place inside the app through Shopify, without contacting support or reinstalling. The production billing flow, effective dates, refunds and downgrade behavior still need verification before launch.
How do I install KinderAI or get support?
Installation will start from the official Shopify App Store listing once published. Email [email protected] for help. Paid plans include in-app support access according to their tier; Free does not include support tickets. See the Help Center for setup guidance.
